Also called DTG printing, uses high-end, digital inkjet technology to produce amazing prints right on to the garment! We use the Omniprint Freejet 330tx DTG printer to put custom logos, graphics, and more directly onto t-shirts and other clothing. Custom DTG printing has become one of the preferred ways to put images on apparel.

We use a digital printer so there's no need for screen! It's just a couple clicks on the computer and bam it's printing.
Printing one color, two colors, or even a full color print will not change the overall shirt price. Because there is no extra color cost, DTG prints are great for custom t-shirts with colorful designs.
The prints on the shirt are breathable and soft to the touch. It is very thin, so it is difficult to distinguish between the ink and the shirt itself.
DTG binds the ink directly to the fabric’s fibers making the ink a part of the shirt, unlike heat transfers that bond ink only to the fabric’s surface.
DTG is great for photos and highly detailed graphics. Save your images in high resolution at 300 dpi or better and you’ll have a high-def shirt to sport.
Our water-based DTG inks are also free of heavy metals, formaldehyde and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE), making them non-hazardous, non-toxic and 100% biodegradable.
